The products themselves are okay, no real complaints there, but the shipping was disappointing. I expected my order to show up within a few days, and it ended up taking much longer with barely any updates along the way. I had to keep checking the status myself, which got annoying. It’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but if you need something quickly, I don’t think the slow shipping is a good value.

I had to reach out to Open Formula support about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it felt longer than I expected.

The person who replied was nice and polite, so I do appreciate that. I just felt like I had to ask the same thing again before I got a clear answer, which was a bit frustrating, right?
